Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Schneider Electric SCL055/30010/A/10/BA/AA/01/001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Aaeon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the ZD18H402W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SDR2500 manufactured by Mts-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AEC6910A213G512M2GXPENA00 by Manufacturer Aaeon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Acces-Io-Products Brand 104IIRO8E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as SND0039 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VC205A made by Baldor as well as the popular XVME677 original spares produced by Xycom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMB2053HTTE2 by Aaeon and SND0039 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SEL751A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schweitzer-Engineering.
